Job Purpose:
Assist in managing travel arrangements and event coordination tasks, including booking airline tickets, handling travel-related services. The role involves working closely with internal and external clients to deliver excellent service while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in resolving travel-related issues, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations (basic knowledge of Galileo preferred).
Support day-to-day operations for the travel and events department to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Help process ticketing requests and related tasks.
Prepare and manage documentation for visa applications.
Assist in making hotel reservations.
Organize and update transfer sheets (airport pick-ups and drop-offs).
Arrange travel insurance for travelers as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
Basic knowledge or experience with Galileo GDS (preferred).
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
